Swinkels Family Brewers (hereinafter referred to as "SFB") would like to interact with you in a way that makes you feel comfortable. In this privacy and cookie policy, we indicate what information we can request from you, why we request that information and how you can influence it yourself.

This privacy and cookie policy applies to all websites, webshops, social media channels, (digital) promotions, newsletters, promotions etc. of SFB and the brands covered by it. This must be information that is sensitive to privacy. In short, these are all (unique) personal data that relate to you or that can be traced back to you.

When using our products and services, we can collect personal data from and about you. This includes data that you provide to us when buying products via our webshops, a contact form that you fill in to get in touch with us or information that we collect when you use our (mobile) websites, apps, webshops and other services, such as online promotions, events and promotions, contests and loyalty programs.

We collect personal data in order to better tailor our products and services to your needs, based on the insights we obtain from them. In addition, we do this for commercial reasons, namely to gain a better understanding of the products and services that you as a user are interested in and to make the advertisements we use as relevant as possible for you.

In this document you can read, among other things, how we handle your personal data, how and which information we (can) collect and for what purposes we (can) use it. In addition, you will read in this document how you can access your data, how you can change or have your data changed or deleted and who the (possible) recipients of this data are.

Personal data may only be processed if there is a legal basis for this. Legal grounds on which SFB can process your personal data are:

Consent: Legal consent applies when you freely, informably and unambiguously inform us that you agree to a specific processing by SFB, such as when you subscribe to an e-mail newsletter.

Necessary for the execution of an agreement: your personal data can also be processed by SFB because this is necessary for the execution of an agreement that you have or enter into with SFB, or to take measures due to your request for the conclusion of an agreement.

Legal obligation: in some cases, SFB must process your personal data to comply with a legal obligation that applies to SFB. An example is the retention of certain data under tax legislation.

SFB processes personal data that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary to achieve its intended purpose. To achieve this goal, SFB processes (but is not limited to) data from consumers and business relations. In addition, the following data can be processed:

The above is a summary of the data we may collect. However, that does not mean that we actually retrieve and store them everywhere. For example, one service may require your email address, while another may not use your email address, but may use your location, for example.

You are not obliged to disclose your personal data when you communicate with us. You always have the choice whether you want to provide your personal data or not.

However, in order to use some of our products and services, it is necessary to enter personal data. For example, if you buy a product in one of our webshops, we need your data to have the product delivered to you and to be able to invoice. If you want to receive a newsletter or create an account for a webshop or, for example, a loyalty program, then we need a working e-mail address.

If you participate in competitions or events, we can ask you for personal data. Which information depends on the campaign, award ceremony or competition. In order to "win" we often ask for your name, email address, home address, telephone number and answers to open questions. If it is necessary to send you the prize by post (for example, for tickets or products), we will also ask you for your postal address or ask for other specific details we need to be able to present the prize to you. We need that information to process your participation and communicate with you about your prize or to send the prizes to you.

We keep track of your use of our online services online by means of (a) cookie (s) (see below). In this case, it applies that all SFB websites and means of communication basically use the same system and that the data provided can also be combined.

In some cases, your data may be combined by us with:

• Information we obtained when you viewed and / or clicked on an ad from us

• Information we obtained when you used our products or services
• Data from other sources (for example, through partners we work with).

When you fill in a registration form at one of our websites, we can add the data you have entered to the cookie with which we measure your use of our online services. In addition, we do not combine all data entered by you with the online usage information, but we do combine data such as your age, gender and (the digits of your) postcode. In that case, this data is used to build an online profile.

We only use the profiles we draw up to better tailor our offer to your interests. If you object to the exchange and combination of your personal data within SFB and its affiliated companies and / or drawing up an online profile, you can make this known via the contact form. Where possible, we will then stop processing and delete it.
